Hello All,
As a part of fertility treatment I'm diagnosed with OHSS so doctors kept me on novolen pills my period date is 25th November 3 days back I got a brown discharge which comes and goes what does that mean?

Brown discharge 2–3 days before expected periods usually means:
Old blood coming out from the uterus
Pre-period spotting (very common when using Novolon)
Temporary hormonal withdrawal effect after OHSS
This discharge coming and going is generally not harmful and often indicates that your period may start soon.
