OCD I have related to water
I spend hours washing every drop that falls on my body. There are repetative actions and complusion to wash my self and the things I use. I might not have a severe OCD problem right now but as time is passing by I can't control my actions. I washing everything according my rituals, I might take 2 hours to have bath as well. I don't visit washroom for an entire day assuming that english toilets and the toilets outside my home are dirty. The only clean place for me is my home.

Hello dear, Obsessive compulsive disorder is a mental health disorder characterized by repetitive, intrusive, seemingly senseless ideas and ensuing actions. The description provided by you seems to fit the description of OCD. Hence I would strongly suggest and urge you to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for assessment and treatment. Obsessive compulsive disorder can be effectively treated with a combination of mediation and psychotherapy (Cognitive behavioural therapy or exposure and response prevention). Hence please do not delay in seeking professional help. Be well assured that your condition can be helped with proper guidance and treatment. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
