Hi, you need to start treatment. The medicines given for OCD are pregnancy category C medicines. We need to weigh the risk benefit ratio to decide about treatment. Psychotherapy may also help you.
Next Steps
Consult with a psychiatrist for treatment. If you wish, you can consult with me online on practo.

Hello, First of all, Congratulations for your pregnancy. As per the information provided, you are experiencing repetitive thoughts and behaviours suggestive of OCD. You are also having depressive symptoms.
Next Steps
You should immediately consult a psychiatrist for the management of these symptoms. If you wish you can consult me via Practo. We can go for psychological therapies, counselling or relaxation techniques before starting medicines. And if medicines are required, we can start the medicines which will be safe for you and your baby.
Health Tips
Do not rush for starting medicines as preferably medicines should not be taken for first three months of pregnancy, if the disease is not severe enough.
