You definitely need a psychiatrist help,so find time for that, prioritise things in life. As of now u can maintain sleep hygiene for better sleep, try to socialise, talk to ur family or close friend  about how u r feeling .take rest, try to deviate urself from repeated thoughts by engaging in some or the other activity.
