Ocd, anxiety and intrusive thoughts
Sir I am diagnosed as OCD with anxiety also intrusive thoughts occurs last 1 month first I take Pari CR 12.5 mg for 10days then 25 mg for 15 days with clonazepam 0.5 tablet daily for 15 days nothing should change then again going to consult him he should advice me to take Oxitine cr plus daily for 10 days then going to Oxitine cr forte for 20 days also daily fluanxol 0.5 mg daily for 30 days in the morning already I should take this medicine for 10days now but still I feel didn't any changes my condition. I also feel sleepy all time also irritable feel also nothing much interested to do with very weakness , doesn't active in my day to day life always bad thoughts comes in mind always thought about sex with multiple girl with every beautiful whom I know in my relationship it's may be my mother,sister or family member.i know this is bad thing I want not to thought about on it but I couldn't try my self to overcome this situation but failed mostly. Please help

Hi I understand your concern it's hard to go through the intrusive thoughts Medicines take longer time to act upto 12 weeks in ocd You can also try psychotherapy like exposure abs response prevention or cognitive behavioural therapy along with medicines which have greater results.
Next Steps
Thinking that these thoughts are coming due to this health condition and not giving importance would help to reduce the discomfort Knowing that thoughts are automatically generated and we don't have control Over it and giving importance to those thoughts are only under our control so whether to give importance or not we can decide So keep neglecting these unwanted unpleasant thoughts. This would help.
