OCD and anxiety

Asked for Female, 67 Years

My mother is under treatment for OCD and anxiety from last 20 years. She was in good shape till 2014 after that the health started to detoriate. Right now she is under treatment but no improvement from 2 years even getting worse. She shouts, does not sleep, sometime even fights and a lot more issues.

Ok...I can understand. Can you please let me know what medications she is on currently and their dosages. It could be either relapse of symptoms or inadequate dosage.
