Occasional blood in spit
Hello, I wanted to know is mild blood in spit is normal.Just observed in the washroom today. Sometimes i get it in the morning.What can be the reasons for the same.

Hi There can be a variety of reasons from diseased gums to various teeth and pharyngitis which can cause early morning coughing of blood. You will need a thorough assessment because of it is a serious cause we could make an early diagnosis and treat it accordingly.

its not normal at all..get yourself tested with a chest xray asap and consult a pulnonologist!

The common reason of blood in spit is bronchitis. But any blood in spit need to be evaluated. So consult.pulmonologist
