Blood in spitting
Sir For 13 months I have been spitting at a  small quantity of blood occasionally  . But all my blood reports, chest x ray, ct chest and bronchoscopy and endoscopy normal. And also experienced fatigue and feverish symptoms occasionally in the morning .I was consulted so many doctors. But no doctor said  What was the reason.  Please advise doctor which test i have do . I am nonsmoker and non alcoholic

Infective causes mostly maybe at lung level or else upper airway. Need to work up for TB as well Better get consulted with all reports to a clinic pulmonologist

Warrants proper evaluation of Blood in cough.
Next Steps
Get ENT consult to rule out Upper airway cause/Nasal cause Get RFT done to look for hematuria/Proteinuria If both are negative-Take a consultuation and I can advise on how to proceed
Health Tips
Better to address hemoptysis issue as if left untreated can cause massive bleed in future. If blood episodes persists, it can be fixed by finding out source of leak.

hi. please get an Ent checkup done. as Throat causes of hemoptysis is also sometimes cause for that
