Small streak of blood in saliva
Hi dr I noticed this blood in my saliva when I harshly spit out 1 times in last week The picture I have attached is from last week after that it disappeared Today again I got blood in saliva but in small traces I harshly pulled mucus from my nose inside mouth to spit out and I got small trace of blood After that it disappeared What could be the cause of it I'm really scared I have visited ent recently last month for some other cause and he couldn't find anything wrong just pharyngitis Why am I getting this blood also the quantity of blood is really little like small streaks of blood My nose feels a little dry Could it be from swallowing from nose harshly ? Headache and sneezing sometimes when I look down No other issues No fevers no weight loss no other problems Pls Help me Respected dr I'm really scared pls Reply Pls Give me a diagnosis

Streak of blood in sputum can be a red flag sign of many underlying pathology, importantly tuberculosis.
