Blood in sputum
Hello, My hubby gets blood in his phlegm every time h coughs and spits it from around 3 to 4 days. H had a high fever of 104°f, cold and cough a week back. H have a recurrent coughing from the past 6 months. Just wanted to know if this is really serious and treated immediately or can we wait for 1.5 months because h is out of india and will be returning in June. H has done chest x ray and it shows infection. I can't provide the x ray as they don't provide it to the patient. Two days back the blood was more but h didn't take the picture. Plz help.
