Blood in cough after viral fever is most commonly from inflamed bronchial airways (bronchitis) — not dangerous on its own. Normal ESR makes TB less likely. However, hemoptysis always needs proper evaluation. Get a CT chest done if X-ray didn't show a clear cause. Avoid straining/hard coughing, and if blood increases or fever returns, seek urgent care.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo with your X-ray report for further guidance.

Post viral cough syndrome is quite common after viral fever. Most common cause of hemoptysis is simple bronchitis which needs symptomatic management. Better take CT chest and blood tests before considering it as normal. Need more history about smoking status and comorbidities
Next Steps
CT chest PT INR CONSULT PULMONOLOGIST
Health Tips
if you have more hemoptysis better get admitted and evaluated.
