Obsturctive Sleep Apnea
After doing sleep study,the report says I am having severe obstructive sleep apnea. Doctor also says I am having left DNS with spur ,bulky palate in pharynx and grade 3 tonsils. Want to check if surgery is the best option in this case

Surgery is not the first line of treatment.. You need to try a CPAP machine first which is an device to assist your breathing during sleep....You need to try that before any kind of surgery
