OVARIAN CYST my wife is having a ovarian cysts in left side.. Sometimes she feels the Abdomen pain. Pls suggest the best treatment for Ovarian cyst. ULTRASOUND REPORT attached. Thanks N Regards Brijesh Giri

The cyst will resolve on its own, or she can take 2-3 months course of OCPs for its resolution. Repeat scan after 2-3 months.
