My problem is I am suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder from last December month when I am going to shopping with my sister and when we are enter in market my sister bag and hand touch touched to septic tank and I noticed where is she touched which thing and we go to home I noticed that where she touched and that shopping bags touched to which things and I am started washing clothes curtains and many more things from December month to till today. How I am recover from OCD

Hello, If the thoughts are repetitive, irrelevant, not under your control, causing distress so much that its hampering your day to day life and present for more than a hour you might have OCD. OCD can affect anyone and it can be treated with medication and behavior therapy.
