Is it possible to have OCD, without the obsession? I don't suffer from any "intrusive thoughts" or anything on the obsessive thought side, but do spend more than an hour a day going through my strange rituals (unwillingly) and performing compulsions. I struggle with very minor hoarding tendencies and am extremely resistant to change. I seem to fit most criteria for the compulsive aspect of OCD, just not the obsessive side. Could this still be OCD, or something else?

For proper diagnosis I need your symptoms and family history. Generally OCD runs in family. I can say they you can be borderline OCD but cannot confirm till I get your full history.
