Observed blood in stool
I am sometimes observing blood in stool. I want to know the exact reason and how can i remove it from its roots. I have done few tests the  reports of which are attached. Please guide accordingly.

Various reasons for blood in stools. Commonest is piles. Needs further investigations to confirm the problem & treat accordingly.
