Obesity Tests and reduce fat in hips
My mom has complaint of fat , swelling around hips and as per understanding it could be due to obesity problems. What are the tests to confirm the obesity in body and how she can reduce the fat in hips and body weight. Please suggest as she tells that there is also issue in passing stools due to this. How much is this true ?

Hello where r u located . Body fat can be reduced by exercise and diet restrictions. Have high protein and low Fat low carbohydrates diet

Hi Obesity  marker Are - BMI is body mass index  from height and weight. And -  Lipid profile is blood  test  that  will give cholestrol  in blood -  Body fat anlyser  - from height  and weight
