You should not go for keto diet. Keto diet have lot of harmful effects on a body.
I think and believe from my experience that anybody can loose weight in a healthy manner through a healthy diet.
You don't have to go for any fad diet like keto diet for weight loss.
Lately you have to plan a pregnancy so it's really important for your body to be healthy for that. So please don't follow keto diet instead meet me or any other Dietician for a personalized diet plan for weight loss.

For while you can follow these tips which may help you to some extent :
1) Drink Good amount of water. As drinking less water can lead to water retention which is one of the reason of weight gain.
2) Include fiber in your diet. For that you can eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
3) Do minimum 40 minute activity daily.As after 30 minutes our body enter fat burning zone.

- no for keto diet 1st
- and loosing weight it will take time .. dont go for quick weight loss there are many side effect.
In 1 month you should. 3 to 5 kg
If u have any health issue issues so u will loose less than 3 kg in a month.
