I want to ask if I do 12km walk twice a day..with very strict diet & 5litre of water How much weight can I lose in 3weeks

U need to reduce 40 KGS to get ideal body weight . In 3 weeks u can lose 3-4 KGS I can help with 4-5 KGS in month . no medication and supplements it will be through diet and exercises.

Hello ...its difficult to estimate like that ..need to know in detail of your diet pattern... But you plan to loose around one kg per month .. Go slowly but be persistent . rapid loss if weight can harm health and lead to flabby skin... Rather than kilometre you cover ,brisk walking is important ,that helps in burning calories . walking causlly wouldn't help..
