Hi.
I am suffering with obesity.
Do exercises regularly,but the problem is once I stopped exercises i again gain. Abnormal weight gain. After covid vaccine this situation increases more.
Some told exercises won't help to reduce fat ,instead fat will adjust.
Please suggest good medication.

Only exercise will burn the calorie intake you have done. U won't get the optimum results , you need proper diet , exercise and lifestyle management .

You need to understand the weight loss managment...its a complex process...cannot be explained fully here...but try to take less calorie....maintain healthy diet..exercise is just adjunctive to wt loss..its important to maintain healthy diet....

There is no such medication which will help you loose weight!
The things which will help you are only regular exercises and proper diet!
Plan a proper diet with less calorie intake and do regular exercises and you will see changes!
With respect to your covid vaccine..there are no such studies till now which suggest that post vaccination you will gain weight…so covid vaccination has nothing to do with your weight gain!
