I'm 42 now and i have obesity problem. Are there any ayurvedic treatments for obesity as I'm sensitive to other medication.

Some of the Ayurvedic treatments for obesity are Panchakarma, Udwarthana , Lekhana vasthy etc BMI is calculted first and  cause for weight gain will be noted and then ur Ayurvedic  doctor wud prescribe above listed treatments. Lifestyle modifications with dietary recommendations is necessary
