Oats food giving to baby
Dear sir
Attached photo
Baby age 11 months weight 8.5 .
Since 2 months am giving attached oats as a food to baby in a day 2 times little as well as dalia idly milk etc.
But my query is can i give or not pls advice me . Bcoz I am thinking whether her weight will reduce and any side effects pls conform . Becoz I started direct without advice . Thanks

You can happily give oats, baby will digest it and weight gain will be present, nothing to worry about giving it. Try to feed home made food whatever is made at home, except nuts or any solid particles which are difficult to swallow
