Hello there, you can start all these food items. My advice would be to go slow with new food items and not to introduce more than 2-3 new foods per week. Let the baby develop taste for one before introducing other. Also consistency should be semi solid with no big lumps or chunks. Additionally continue breast feeds till 2 years age.
