Numbness & tingling
I've started getting a numbness & tingling in my arms & hands & also the outer side of my right leg & toes. I've looked into what it could be.. it's come about in the last few weeks & I believe it's something to do with nerve damage as I've recently started a new job where I'm working nights & lifting heavy boxes all night. The tingling is worse when I lie down
