The middle left part of my left foot has been numb for more than a week. I was doing some bicycle legs exercise and I think I overstretched my left leg (I think). I haven't experienced any foot pain and the numbness hasn't spread. My upper left thigh kinda hurt on the first day of numbness so I immediately concluded that I may have damaged a nerve.

You need to take guidance and precautions while doing exercise. This may be a sciatic nerve compression , due to which you may be feeling numbness. Rest for a week. If you are not better after that you need to see a doctor.
