Numbness in toe in one leg could be because of multiple issues such as radiculopathy , peripheral vascular disease , impingement etc . If it is in both the legs then generally it is because of systemic disease such as diabetes .
Kindly consult first spine and pain specialist to rule out any source from spine ( as nerve to legs starts from lumbar spine ) . They may ask for MRI LS spine and EMG with NCV test . If any findings are there then it can be treated . If findings are negative then you need to consult a neurologist given no vascular disease is present
