Numbness at legs
MRI report says . .at L3-L4 and L4-L5 diffused disc bulges along with bilateral ligamentum flavum  and facet hypertrophy causing spinal canal stenosis. I need a advice for treatment.surgery is required or not

Good morning. You should take physiotherapy 1st..Electrotherapy, Exercises therapy & Manual therapy. Mostly patients recovered with all these treatment protocol. If physiotherapy fails then can go with Medication+Physiotherapy and if again it doesn't works then can think for surgery. Our 1st Goal should be towards Pain,Radiculopathy & numbness should go diminish and after that Core muscles strengthening & flexibility of muscular system so you can work easily in daily living without pain killers.
