Doctor Answers (1) on Numbness at legs
Good morning. You should take physiotherapy 1st..Electrotherapy, Exercises therapy & Manual therapy. Mostly patients recovered with all these treatment protocol. If physiotherapy fails then can go with Medication+Physiotherapy and if again it doesn't works then can think for surgery. Our 1st Goal should be towards Pain,Radiculopathy & numbness should go diminish and after that Core muscles strengthening & flexibility of muscular system so you can work easily in daily living without pain killers. But you have to take precautions whole life. Regards-Dr.Gaurav Mohan from Physio Hut. 9582450001/ 9999911357
