my wife is 25week pregnant.At anomely scane nuchal fold thikness was found 6.4mm.After that doctor advised for NIPT..In NIPT result are low risk.At 13week double marker test,NT scane all are low risk.is there any risk ?

As NIPT is 99% sensitive in picking up fetal chromosomal aneuploidies, your wife's report suggests that your baby is 99% safe. Would suggest following up the nuchal fold thickness during your next scan.
