Your NT scan report is normal. You also need to do a dual marker test with this scan report to get a combined report to know the chance of down's syndrome and other syndromes which can be associated with mental retardation and birth defects.
Some labs may not accept dual marker if the sample is not given on the same day as NT scan. If that is the case you can do an NIPT.
Next Steps
Unlike earlier days where only women with baby with down syndrome or elderly women were advised dual marker, nowadays all women are advised to do Dual marker with NT scan to detect Downs syndrome early. It is the ideal advice.

You don't need to repeat the scan but you definitely need the double marker test
The blood test is to evaluate mental well-being ultrasound is for evaluating structural well being
