Nt geting periods after having duphasto
Hello...
Im not getting my periods since 6 months...I got my last period on 26 December I consulted with gynecologist..she told me to take duphaston.. 2 times for 3 days..it has been 6 days since I completed my medication but didn't get my periods yet..what could be the reason..I'm kind of worried.. please suggest me with something

Hello there,
I hope you got ultrasound done .
If not get it done.
Wait for 4 more days.
If no menses then start tab femilon once daily for 21 days.
Once you stop you will get menses.
And with that get hormonal evaluation done.

Take Tablet Femilon 1 per day at bedtime for 21 days
Next Steps
You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days
Health Tips
Avoid stress
Sleep with light off for 8 hours at bedtime
Take a boiled egg daily
Avoid fast food and regularly eat and sleep on time
Drink lots of water and fruits juice
And take milk with turmeric at night
Take 3 bananas daily
