Hello did you get your periods now?
If so, and the flow is normal, and the Urine test is negative, it's okay not to be worried about it.
Just check for the bleeding pattern, has it changed or not and if the Next cycle is coming on time or not.
If you haven't got menses, it will be better to consult a Gynac, get some more tests done to confirm.
