Hi, im 14. so i just finished masturbating and then i thought i would check my penis for smegma which is a thing i have had for about just under a year and i saw a huge lump of smegma so i thought ill definetey have to get that out so i gently used my finger to get it out then i noticed that were was this sticky type thing that was coming out my penis so i thought whats that is that sperm? or is that something to do with the smegma?

It might be precum and nothing else. Smegma too at times can be sticky. Don't worry if you don't have any pain or itching. You can visit a doctor and ask for help if there's anything like it. Rest you seem perfectly fine to me.
