Not sleeping properly
Hello doctors. When I'm sleeping in night continue my brain is thinking something or something. Indirectly or directly I'm becoming a part of it. Feeling like I'm not sleep. I'm not trying to think but it's happening with me. Sleeping at 10 getting up at 2 and sleeping at 2 getting up 5 like that it's happening not getting complete sleep. Why I don't know. Can anyone please suggest... please doctors please diagnose what it can be got fed up with this. When I'm saying to doctor they are prescribing me sleeping pills is it good to take it. If anyone can know about it please tell me for humanity sake. I can take a pay consultation also. Already I'm a epilepsy patient.
