My son aged 2 yrs 6 mths, doesnt speak yet, babbles alot with meaning less words, do not respond to his name when called, very less attentive, gives less than 5 mins to an activity. Seems very active otherwise and restless.

1st go for hearing evaluation,to rule out hearing issues,after that consult developmental paed or clinical psychologist for detail evaluation
Start speech therapy as soon as possible so that child get to his language skills and start communicating.
