Not passing motion
My baby is 24 days old and has not passed a motion. Today is the second day, however, he is passing urine and gas and feeding properly. What should I do to make him pass the motion?

it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour (the colour can range from yellow brown green to black) of the stool. also straining while passing urine and stool is normal. Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

Baby’s don’t necessarily have to pass motions daily . Motions in babies are quite irregular . If he is feeding well with good urine output and activity and soft tummy he should be fine

No problem if baby is passing adequate urine. If baby is active and playful,  no fever,  passing adequate urine ie.  minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or  15 times per day-  both conditions normal.
