My name is Niteen. I am 23 year old. I have a problem like my head pains every day and in the evening it pains alot. And i am not feal interested in doing anything. All the time there is sadness, no energy. I don't want to talk anyone, don't want to do anything what is the problem i don't know. Could you please help to find what is the problem and whom should I consult with 🙏🙏

If ur arm pains say n night it is probably to do with some kind of cervical issue due to which nerves to you hand r getting compressed. My advice is to consult a neurologist who will probably guide u to a Physiotherpist to help u ease your pain.
