Not getting sleep at night
Hii i am a female of 42 age. its been almost a year iam not getting sleep in the night time.have gone through various treatment but still no effect. please suggest me what i should do now.

Get up early. walk for one hour.stand ten minutes in front of sun light as soon as you get up. Stop using electronic gadgets after 8 pm. Don't take tea or coffee in evening. Lie on bed at 9 pm and shut down all lights in your bed room and close your eyes even you don't get sleep. If any stress in your life consult psychiatrist.
