Not getting proper sleep in night
Hi i am unable to sleep in night after 3 to 4 Hours of sleep I suddenly wake up and then I will be up all night. I tried sleeping again many times but hardly I will be able to sleep then. Later during day I feel sleepy but due to work cannot sleep. This is from last 4 months. Is this alright or I am facing any issue?

It could be due to multiple reasons Work stress or surrounding atmosphere or family problems or it may be due to apparently no reason at all. There are other causes like OSA in case you are obses or plethora of reasons.

maintain adequate sleep hygiene and consult me or any other psychiatrist .
