If you have been sexually active then do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further management regarding this as a clinical examination may also be needed

If you are sexually active do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Blood is Bhcg done in laboratory . The result of this test is confirmatory. If negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
