Not gaining weight
Hi Dr., I have decreased my weight from 60 kgs to 45 kgs in 1.5 yrs. I am having normal food, no junk or spicy food. I will go for a walk for sbout 40 - 60 mins in the morning. Sometimes I have severe constipation. Stool is bulky everyday. Please suggest any home remedies or medicine. Thanks,

You must get your blood sugar levels checked.If all blood parameters are normal,then to gain weight,you must take calorie dense food ,rich in protein at regular intervals. Also do not do excess exercise.Walk only for 30 mins everyday.Take good sleep of 6-8 hours.

Hello dear,no need to worry, Take 3-4 Banana per day,Tab Triphala Himalaya 3 tabs at night with Decoction of AMALTAS giri , Isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm water or milk
