Not feeling upto, Disconnected
I think this lockdown has affected her severely. She used to be a active student in both curricular and extra curricular activities in college but now her willingness is missing. She has also put on some weight and has got acne and bit skin problem which is making her even ore tensed. As I tried to talk about her routine of the day, she thinks she is not doing anything productive and is also feeling bad about this. She is also having some weird dreams which is making her uncomfortable. I am bit concerned about her as she used be a good, joyfull person. Can you pls help me out in this regard?

Stress due to various reasons, lack of motivation in activities and also some form of guilt of not being productive, some form of nightmares and changes in her original nature or personality...is all there in cluster. This cluster of symptoms might be a part of some form of depression but needs a further evaluation. She also needs to be opened up about her thoughts , emotions and any past significant events which yet might not be disclosed by her possibly.
Next Steps
Don't worry, things seem to be at milder levels only.  Consult a psychiatrist to rule out clinical depression
