Not enough period flow
I had periods from yesterday. I had quite a good flow on the 1st day. But on my second day, I did not have as much as flow as usually it was for previous months Had some cramps in legs and backache too. The previous month my water consumption was not adequate and I stay in a humid and hot environment. Did dehydration is causing less period flow? Or any other concern? I am not sexually active. Periods were a day early.
