Loss of appetite with weight loss needs detailed evaluation. Just dnot give syrup blindly. Plz visit hospital for evaluation.

Decreased appetite with weight loss needs evaluation. Visit a pediatrician to get her examined as the cause needs to be sorted out. Giving just becosule will  help only if she is otherwise absolutely healthy.
Next Steps
visit your pediatrician.
