Not Conceiving trying since 3 months
Hello doctors ,
My thyroid TSH shows 3.38 in May report till that time I m taking one tab everyday of thyronorm 12.5 mcg as doctor prescribed and also fol123 for 15 days then folvite started . Since three months m trying but not getting expected result what to do . Pls suggest . I was having simple cyst and now that is not there .
Please suggest me what I have to do now . Shall I consult to gynac again ? Or advise me what to do ?

You should increase the dose thyroxine to 25 mcg . You can try naturally for 2-3 months, if you don’t conceive then please consult a infertility specialist.

Take Tablet Letrozole 5 mg at bedtime from day 2-6 of periods
Next Steps
Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks alternate day from day 10-16 of periods
Start Tablet Duphaston 10 mg from day 26-25 twice a day for 10 days
