Not able to talk well
Suffering from diabetes for almost 12 years. Now my father is not able to talk well. Sometimes words are not spelling well. And while talking something is happening inside ears. Like talking to his own.

This can be serious..diabetics are prone to strokes and if he also has blood pressure it could be a manifestation. Kindly see a neurologist
