My father suffered from diabetes since 1996 during bed rest (12 months) due to an accident .Now suger level is so high fasting 397 so please suggest how it will be reversed

It you mean reversing of diabetes .
It won’t be reversed .
He needs optimisation of current medications and may also need insulin .
