BP normal
Chest x-ray - Slight congestion on right side.
Breathing is slow.Only not able to take in deep breaths.
Sometimes I am able to take a deep breath through nose and mouth.
When I sleep on my stomach at night the food comes up to my throat and I get up choking.
Sometimes I feel my stomach is bloated which continues for 2 to 3 hours.
My nose is blocked.
After applying vicks it opens up for sometime and I a able to breathe ,but still not getting the satisfaction of breathing freely.
I am having this for the past 15 -20 years.
When I run I used to go breathless.
I had this breathing difficulty 6 years ago.
I had done stress test,2D eco cardiogram, pulmonary test 6 years Ago at Jupiter hospital. and they were normal.
The doctor could not pinpoint the exact problem.
They said it is anxiety.
I can climb upto 3 floors comfortably above that I start feeling breathless.
