Not able to sleep
I'm not getting continuous sleep,it is getting disturbed at same time around 4 am in morning,no matter how late or early I sleep.due to this I feel drowsiness the entire day . please help

Best thing you can do is go early to bed.according to ayurveda it is vata dosha time,and it is best time to wake up.Or apply warm oil in legs,hair ,ear for 10 min before going to bed.

apply chandanadi tailam on head before bath. take manasamithra vatakam at bedtime and chandanadi kashaya. there are ayurvedic therapies like sirodhara,thalam etc for your problem.
