For whole day, I've spent my time in work and KT sessions. Sometimes not getting time to eat also.
I'm not able to sleep on time. If I'll sleep by chance then I'm having too stressful and wired dreams.
In this work from home, seriously my life is totally unbalanced.
I want a break but it is also not possible in this wfh.

Plan your meals and breaks in advance a night before
If body will get exhausted mind will not work vice versa
So give priory to self
