Not able to pass stool in public toilets
I'm a 19 year old guy and I am suffering from social anxiety. The problem with me is I can't clear motions when I'm in public toilet or even at my home if someone is near my washroom. I'm facing this for last 4 years. I feel very awkward and I feel helpless . Please help me. Currently I'm taking stalopam 10 mg from last 1.5 years for social anxiety.

Hi I don't call this as social anxiety, may be you have some inferiority complex with lack of self esteem, doubts about your ownself, all these are unrealistic feelings like you may feel your standard doesn't match others or u may feel others are feeling bad about you or treat you low though they dont. This you may compensate with some aggressive behavior especially towards people whom you feel close to you like mother, siblings, grand parents or a very close friend who can tolerate your behavior.
Next Steps
this is not bad behavior or abnormal behavior, it's all about how you cope up. plz identify your strengths, focus on them, do some productive things within you capacity, they all will boost your confidence & all these unrealistic feelings will get cured.
Health Tips
read some good books, watch motivational videos, learn some live saving skill like swimming or Marshall arts, no doubt you will rock. all the best.

You need to start psychotherapy with a psychologist to resolve any conflicts that may be cause for this. Also they will help you get over this fear by systematic desensitisation. In this they would expose you to the feared situation in a graded manner.
Next Steps
Consult an experienced clinical psychologist.Be regular with your sessions.
Health Tips
Don’t avoid the situation. Keep on facing your fear.
